What we do

Community driven support for all.

Caramara is a mental wellbeing charity that takes a unique approach to addressing the needs of our community.

We understand that anyone can struggle at any time, which is why our door is open to everyone. We believe that improved wellbeing can be nurtured through both social connection and the comfort and safety of your own space.

We know that through friendship, belonging and opportunities to learn new skills, people can build confidence, resilience and hope for the future.

Above all, we are here to help.

"For me, Caramara represents community, connection and working together. It's a name that reflects who we are today and where we want to go in the future. We want everyone who comes through our doors to feel welcomed, supported and part of something positive."

Carol Cairns, CEO
